Troy Dean Interiors has been selected to design one of the beachfront units at Regalia as well the luxury Sunny Isles condominium’s Beach House, which will be listed on the market for $24 million. The model residence features 10-foot high floor to ceiling glass windows framing the entire perimeter and capturing 360-degree unobstructed panoramic views of the city and Atlantic Ocean. As one of the designers at the highly anticipated building, Troy Dean Interiors designed the 5,500-square-foot Regalia residence. The unit’s design includes pieces from the exclusive Arthur Collection,a luxurious made-to-order collection that generates a synergy between architectural detail (Regalia is being designed by Arquitectonica) and product for an exclusive lifestyle look, developed by the firm’s Design Director Eric Dyer.
“Our design captures the serene and upscale essence of Regalia,” said Troy Dean Ippolito, CEO and Creative Director of Troy Dean Interiors. “We are excited to have been chosen to design a model unit of such a prestigious project.”
