Miami Shores Mixed-Use/Land Deal Closes For $8,700,000

Biscayne 88 Terrace multifamily & shopping center located in Miami Shores was sold for $8,700,000 in cash.  Fabio Faerman of FA Commercial brokered the deal with a private Argentinian investment group. Little Haiti Low-Income Housing Done Properly

  I stumbled upon this beautiful low-income housing project while biking through Little Haiti a couple of weeks ago.  Carrfour Supportive Housing  owns the Little Haiti Gateway housing complex, which was built in 1947. Brickell & Downtown Once Again Becomes a Construction Zone

Goldman Properties Announces Two Wynwood Residential Projects
